Really, I never know what might happen with his project. I sat down without a clear idea and scribbled shapes and such. And out comes a puppy dog in a top hat, a bit of a dandy with his flower and bow tie. I decided that a monocle would over-egg this one.

Pastels and I have never been best of friends, but I wanted to do this without drawing a solid outline around the drawing. These came out a bit cleaner than some of my previous attempts with this medium.
