Scratchboard Labrador

Labrador Retrievers aren’t the easiest dogs to draw, what with that solid black coat. Scratchboard seemed to be the best tool to capture these noble beasts.

Another month of the Dog a Day Project has come to an end. Five down, seven to go. I’ll have to plan a big party for strip 188 (the mid-way point for this leap year, it’ll be July 6th by my calculations).
