While relaxing on our little mini-break, I was sketching loosely and just playing with ideas. This dogfish just popped up. I’ve been thinking about a dogfish for a while, but until I did this little free sketch, without any planning or thought as to what my pencil was doing, I didn’t really know what sort of dogfish I wanted to do.

The idea for a bone on a hook came to me in the shower. It’s great for the creativity, just turning off and letting your mind wander.
