Currently in my webcomic Hex Libris, Connie Carter, Girl Detective is offstage (if you aren’t already reading it, I recommend starting from the beginning). She’ll be back soon, but I’ve been missing drawing her. When I decided that I’d draw her into the A Dog a Day Project, I also decided that she should have a faithful pet who sometimes helps out with her mysteries.

What other possible name could I have chosen for her dog but Watson? It just fit so well.
