Storm is afraid of boxes. She actually cowers away from them. This includes the box-like container that we keep her food in. You would think her overwhelming love of food would overcome that one, but no, a box of food is still a box of terror.

We never hit her with a box, locked her in a box or otherwise did something that a psychiatrist would bring out in a cathartic hidden memory session.  We brought her home from the breeder in a small Amazon box, but I don’t think that was an emotionally scarring item.
