Good Evening
September 4th, 2008
Maggie and I recently found a station showing old episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents. For you young’uns who might not know the program, a trademark part of the show was the simple outline drawing of the great director. He would then walk in, his silhouette matching to the outline and drawl “good eeeeeevening.”
I thought “if Hitchcock had been a dog, he would have been a basset hound.” It just seemed the right shape.
