Friends Despite Barriers

Sure, we’re social distancing. But this dog… this dog always greets Riley and me when we pass by. We have no idea what this dog’s name is or even the breed. I’ve only seen this dog through the barrier of fence slats. But this dog and Riley? They’re friends just the same, and always delighted to see one another.

Hi, we’re Jeremy and Alex and Riley’s friend through the fence is Chiso. He’s a border collie mix. Nice to meet y’all!

We met Chiso on our walk this evening. He’s a splendid fellow, and beautiful in full view.
