Ran across an old post-race photo I took of Maggie, I’d have to guess 2006, maybe? And there was Storm, our first dog together, our dearly missed golden pup. She was just beautiful, despite her lazy tendency to sit with her hip thrust under. People would stop their cars and race over to meet her. I miss her, and it makes me both smile and hurt every time I see her picture.
