Another neighborhood dog. A very nearby neighbor I haven’t really met put out a mail about making extra Thanksgiving food and offering a plate to anyone who wants one. And delivering the plates with his dog Hugh along (he included a photo). So, I painted Hugh in his honor. I’ll be sure to meet him properly.
