One day, somehow, I will make Hex Libris work. It may turn into just Connie Carter, Girl Detective… she and her sidekick Watson just stay closest to my heart over all this time. Watson, of course, is the big shaggy dog. Connie is more of a girl next door, so this is as close to 50s pinup cheesecake as she’ll do. Watson just puts up with everything. He’s a stoic.
